Ginger My Story

I’ve been a successful business owner since 1998. I was good at putting in place the processes and systems I needed to run my business. I had my processes for engaging with prospects, sending out my Welcome Packet, billing my clients monthly in place for several years, and they worked!

Then in 2008 I was introduced to The Coaches Console (TCC). As a Virtual Assistant I keep up on technology and training, learning about new programs and systems that will be beneficial to my current and prospective clients.

So I dove in and took the initial training and became certified in using The Coaches Console program. My thought was by being certified it would benefit my current clients. I could see where ‘they’ could benefit from the system, but did not apply it to my business. Things changed with my clients, the program was not implemented, so it was if I had taken a useful tool, stuck in on a shelf and I forgot about it.

Jump forward a year later, when I began supporting a VA colleague who was actively using the system in her business and managing her clients’ systems too. I wasn’t looking for a change in my current processes and systems. But she helped me with a deeper level of training and understanding of how the system could be used. I could now see it in action and realized how much smoother and more automated my processes could be even though the current ones were working.

I had my great processes in place, but as I looked deeper into the features and functions of the Coaches Console, I knew implementing this program to manage my own business would allow me to truly make by business process a well oiled machine – allowing me to show up even more confident in my abilities as a VA. And creating a process that my client’s can imitate to run their business back end with automation and allow them to focus on the coaching side of their business.
